Geir Lippestad er advokat, menneskerettighetsforkjemper, og leder av Partiet Sentrum. Han har tidligere vært byråd i Oslo for Arbeiderpartiet. Geir Lippestad er opptatt av kampen mot rasisme, og at mennesker skal ha muligheter til å delta i samfunnet på lik linje med andre, uavhengig av funksjonsnedsettelser og psykisk eller fysisk sykdom.

Jeg vil gjøre Oslo til en menneskerettighetsby. Som funksjonshemmet er våre menneskerettigheter min hjertesak. Jeg vil at alle barn og unge skal ha en trygg oppvekst og en god skolegang, og at Oslo skal bli Norges beste BPA-by.

Jeg er opptatt av minoriteters rettigheter og kampen mot utenforskap. Jeg vil at Oslo skal være en livssynsåpen by, og ser på mangfold som en styrke for byen vår. Jeg har vært engasjert i klima- og miljøbevegelsen, og vil at Oslo skal fortsette å vise vei i det grønne skiftet.

Jeg vil kjempe for at Oslo blir en by der alle skal få være den man er, og få leve de livene man ønsker å leve. Jeg vil også bidra til at Oslo blir en mangfoldig kulturby, hvor alle skal få muligheten til å skape og ta del i kunst og kultur

Jeg stiller til valg for å være en stemme for Groruddalens Ungdommer inn i bystyret. Det er en gruppe mange snakker om, og få snakker med. Uten å snakke med dem det angår, er det vanskelig å forstå hverandre, og vanskelig å løse de utfordringer som finnes.
Jeg vil jobbe for en satsning på psykisk helse. Det trengs flere lavterskeltilbud for barn og unge innen psykisk helse. Jeg ønsker å jobbe for forebyggende arbeid for barn og unge.

Jeg synes det er viktig å stå opp mot rasisme og utenforskap, og jeg mener vi må sette stort fokus på ungdom og å hjelpe dem å bygge seg opp. Mine hjertesaker er:

Disse sakene vil jeg kjempe for i bystyret:
- Kampen mot rasisme
- kampen mot utenforskap, både i arbeidslivet og i hjemmet.
- Redusere ungdomskriminalitet
- jobbe forebyggende med ungdom, skape positive aktiviteter
- kommunen må satse mer på ungdom, ikke kutte tildelinger til dette. Kommunen må kreve at bydelene prioriterer dette.
- At kommunen skal jobbe for rettferdighet for langtværende asylsøkere.
- En tydelig ruspolitikk
